Where did you put the ginger? I’ve been going back and forth and can’t see where you added it

I saw this late in the day on Friday. I showed it to my wife on Saturday. I made it on Sunday, and it WILL be on our regular rotation! We did make a couple of minor changes. Instead of a neutral oil for cooking the beef and the veggies, I used a little chili oil (we like a bit of extra heat). We did add the green onion as suggested.

2 hours. But hangry spouse? 1 hour is good. & "Not responsible" - LOL
